The Fittings of Aluminum formwork installation(Formwork Accessories)
1. Tie rod
Purpose: Tie screw is used to fix two relative formworks together to prevent the formworks from displacement or deformation due to pressure during concrete pouring.
Type: Usually there are tie screws with sleeves, through-wall screws, etc.
2. Flat tie
Aluminum mold flat tie is used to tighten the two relative formworks through screws or other connectors, thereby fixing the position of the formwork and preventing the formwork from deformation or movement due to pressure during concrete pouring.
This pull tab can evenly distribute the lateral pressure of concrete and maintain the verticality and flatness of the formwork.
3. Pin and Wedge
Purpose of pin: Pin is mainly used for connection between aluminum formworks to ensure the firm splicing of the formwork. It is inserted through the prefabricated hole of the formwork and reinforced with pins to avoid loosening.
Purpose of wedge: Used in conjunction with the pin to lock the connection point of the formwork. After the pin is inserted into the pin, it is tightened by hammering to ensure the tightness of the formwork connection.

4. Aluminum formwork support/prop
Purpose: Aluminum formwork support is used to support aluminum formwork, especially in wall formwork system, to ensure the verticality and flatness of the formwork.
Type: There are two types of supports with fixed length and adjustable supports.
5. Diagonal brace
Purpose: Diagonal brace is used to reinforce aluminum formwork system, especially in large-area formwork or high-rise buildings, to maintain the stability and verticality of the formwork.
Installation: One end of the diagonal brace is fixed to the ground or building structure, and the other end is connected to the formwork.
